Sidewalk Permit Online Renewal

Eligibility

Welcome to the City of Fullerton sidewalk permit renewal website to renew a Sidewalk Vendor Certificate of Operation

You may renew your sidewalk permit up to 60 days in advance of the date of expiration. Please note that the renewal process is the same as the initial application process.

Sidewalk vendors are prohibited from sidewalk vending without a valid City of Fullerton Sidewalk Vendor Certificate of Operation and Sidewalk Vendor Permit decal.

Process

Please verify that all the information printed on your Sidewalk Permit is correct. If any of the information is incorrect or outdated, please call our office before making changes online.

Please note that not all changes will be accepted online as they may require an amendment to the account or it could require issuance of a separate business registration certificate with a new assigned account number. Changes to the address or activity are subject to review and approvals from the Community Development Department including additional zoning and/or building review fees.

Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days after completing the online renewal process, to receive your new Sidewalk Permit.
